How do I request a Traffic Management drawing? To request a drawing just get in contact with us and we will work with you to get all the job information we need to complete the drawing
-
What information do you need from us?In order to complete a drawing that will be accepted by the local authority you are submitting the drawing to, we need as much information about the work requirements as possible. As a general guide the key information we need is a description of the works, the location of the works, any job reference numbers and any site traffic management reports or photos
-
I don't have any site reports, is this important?"When completing a traffic management drawing for street works, the proposed scheme should be aimed at causing the least amount of traffic impact as possible whilst maintaining safety for vehicles and pedestrains at all times. In most situations it is key to have a site visit in order to determain what the best traffic management set up will be. For us to complete the drawing will require the traffic management set up you wish to use, any additional information you can supply will help speed up the process such as any bus or bay suspensions required, any mark up photos or sketches showing the proposed works. We will happily work with you to get this information and advise on a suitable traffic management set up to use
-
How long is your turn-around time? From the moment we recieve your drawing request will aim to complete the drawing within 48 hours
-
I have a drawing request that I need the same day?If you have an urgent drawing that you need the same day we will always try and prioritise your request so you will receive it the same day, at no extra cost. If for whatever reason we can not complete this for you within the same day then we will inform you when you submit your request
-
How do you supply the drawings? All drawings are send via email in PDF format
-
Are your drawings covered by insurance?Yes. All of our drawings have Professional Indemnity Insurance cover
-
How much do you charge for each drawing? Our drawing rates depend on the type of works involved. The best way to get a drawing rate is to contact us with your drawing requirements and we can inform you the rate depending on the drawings you require.
-
Do you charge for amendments? When we send you the first draft drawing we ask that you check the drawing and notify us of any amendments or additions you require. After the first draft has been submitted we generally do not charge for any small amendments or additions but if the amendment is time consuming to us, i.e a change to the traffic management set up, then will charge a drawing revision fee of £25
-
I have a question that is not here?If you have a question that is not here please feel free to get in contact with us where we will happily help you with any questions you may have
